HOW TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER

ZC Fabrication is currently a one man show. Please help me help you by reading the following in its entirety before placing an order. If there are still questions please let me know. 

1) Identify what you want. Browse my Instagram, the web, draw a sketch, etc. 

2) Send the pictures, sketches, or designs, to my Instagram or email (Instagram preferred). Please provide the size you would like. Understand there are size limitations but it is different for every piece. I will communicate the minimum and maximum size if relevant. Please provide your shipping zip code as well. 

3) After making your request, you will be provided of the next available shipping date. I provide quality products and cannot rush orders. If this date is acceptable please let me know and I will put you down for that date. 

4) I will communicate with you to create a sketch of your piece and provide a quote. Note, depending on the piece, the sketch may be complete or partially complete. At this point it is enough to provide a quote. 

4) In order to keep costs low, I do not provide "formal" quotes, you will receive a quoted amount and the link for purchase. The quoted amount is good for 7 days. After 7 days without deposit your shipping date will be moved right to the next available day. After 14 days the request will be removed. 

5) Once the deposit is made I will begin working on your piece. If there are any changes please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on my progress I may or may not be able to make changes. 

6) Once the work is completed it will be shipped to the address used in checkout. If a deposit was made, the buyer is responsible for returning and checking out with the remaining balance before the item will ship. I will provide photos once complete. 

Other Notes

-Mounted photos and citations are not required for a quote, however please send them in a timely manner to avoid delay. 
-Please check all spelling on citations spent. 
-If an address changes please let me know, address changes may incur additional shipping fees.
